Because NuCoal is a private company one must either be an institutional or accredited investor to invest in the company.
Accredited investor: An accredited investor is an individual or company that has a net worth of financial assets excluding the house, of a minimum of $1,000,000 or has an income of at least $200,000 in this year and the 2 previous years. The investor has to confirm they are an accredited investor and then we take reasonable steps to confirm.
