Alan Cruickshank, President/CEO

Alan has been in the financial service business for over 20 years as an Investment Advisor, Branch Manager, Vice President Capital Markets and is presently the President of First Avenue Partners and NuCoal Energy Corp.

Since 1999, Alan has acted as agent for transactions totaling over $100 million and has completed a number of initial public offerings and co-created; 49 North Resource Fund.

Alan has a number of industry designations and has been active in the industry serving on the Investment Dealers Association district council and was a national director of the Investment Industry Association of Canada.

Alan was born and raised in Foam Lake Saskatchewan.
